The worlds most visited sites are frozen! As we mentioned in our 2nd episode at Design Reader Podcast, @yara_hasbani , Syrian choreographer lives in paris, took advantage of these moments to preform in public squares and parks. She captured different moves in each sites expressing different feelings during the corona virus lockdown happened in France for six weeks. As the virus keeping us at home, these photos might be really unique after the pandemic, as we never saw these landmarks empty! Notre Dame restoration progress

Restoration work is back! After the massive fire raged through paris’s Notre Dame Cathedral last year, work has been resumed after work stoppages caused by COVID-19 pandemic and Contamination. But its seems like the spire is still an issue whether it will be replaced with a new design or they will eliminate it since it wasn’t part of the original Cathedral. There are some plans to announce a new international design competition for a new spire design. Toronto public health released an interactive map through the City website, helps you to track and navigate the cases in your neighbourhood and around the city just by one click. Born in 1950.
Nationality Iraqi-British. 
Graduated in 1977.
Became partner at OMA in 1977.
First architectural Project 1994. "Vitra Fire Station"
Started her own practice in 1980. (age : 30)
​Won Pritzker Prize in 2004. (age : 54) First woman to ever win this award.
Won Stirling Prize in 2011 & 2012. (age : 61-62).
Won RIBA Gold Medal in 2015. (age : 65).

Her architecture was unique and revolutionary, and she definitely was a great contributor in defining the future of architecture. Her built projects will forever be sparkling jewels in the history of architecture.
