TORUK - The first flight - Cirque du Soleil

Inspired by James Cameron's Avatar movie, Toruk - The first flight show is a show that combines art, dance, music, beauty, Acrobatic Acts, Multimedia technologies in a way that transports the spectators to the planet of the Navi people, Pandora Moon.

The stage was transformed using 40 video projectors projecting on a 20,000 sq.ft. surface. The dancers blended with their surroundings, creating in each scene an art like visual painting full with vivid colors and acrobatic movement.

Even though the story wasn't as strong as we anticipated, the show is definitely astonishing.

Here are a few pictures of the show and at the bottom we created digital art inspired by the show.
